“The Man Speak” name has several profound meanings.

Above all, this organization is Christ-centered. As a result, we trust that he will speak through us to deliver his word. Therefore, ‘The Man’ represents the Lord, and ‘Speak’ represents his word.

The organization's founder, Kedric Hickman, is thankful that the Lord has entrusted him with this opportunity to further his Kingdom. Hence, ‘The Man’ alludes to his last name, Hickman, when ‘Speak’ relates to his utterance.

Ultimately, we’re establishing a community where individuals may freely and securely share their stories of God's work in their lives. Consequently, ‘The Man’ stands for both man and woman, while ‘Speak’ signifies their personal testimony.

At the beginning of time, God made man in his image, after his likeness, according to Genesis 1:26–27. Therefore, we believe everyone was “Called To Be Epoch,” the statement of purpose by which we live.

Yet, we were separated from him through voluntary transgression against God’s Word. Behind one man’s sin yields redemption through one man’s grace, Jesus Christ, according to Romans 5:12–21.

By the mercy of God, we have been rescued by our Lord and Savior. Therefore, we model our organization after Matthew 18:10–14.

We celebrate the homecoming of our lost brothers and sisters in Christ. Since we all have the calling for “Endless Perseverance Over Current Heights.”

FAITH | We trust and believe in the Lord.

DISCIPLINE | We obey and find strength in the Lord.

WORSHIP | We honor, praise, and submit to the Lord.

PRAYER | We seek an intimate relationship with the Lord.

TEACHING | We unpack the pure gospel to glorify the name of the Lord.

SERVICE | We help others without expecting anything from the Lord.

COMMUNITY | We come together as one body for the Lord.

THE BIBLE | The Bible serves as God's infallible word (Proverbs 30:5). It is the one and only source that has the last say over all theological truths (2 Timothy 3:16). The Word of God is God's very inspired words given through people to people, not a collection of fables (2 Peter 1:20–21).

THE TRINITY | The Trinity serves as God’s supernatural existence. God is one being that exists in three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Luke 3:22). God the Father is the one and only God by whom all things were created and for whom we live (1 Corinthians 8:6). God the Son, Jesus Christ, is our Savior since he was both fully God and fully human (Titus 2:13–14). God the Holy Spirit, is the most glorious teacher; we can trust him to plant truth in our minds, assure us of God’s will, and remind us when we stray from it (John 14:26).

THE CHURCH | The Church serves as God’s community of believers who accept Jesus Christ as their Savior (Matthew 18:20). The House of God is not a building but an assembly of people accompanied by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 2:19–22). Christ is the head, and we are the body of his church, which is composed of believers tasked with carrying out the will of God to spread the gospel among our neighbors (Ephesians 1:22–23).

THE REDEMPTION | The Redemption serves as God’s act of rescuing humanity from sin and eternal damnation, achieved through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ (John 3:16). Jesus' atoning death and the blood he shed on the cross offer the only path to redemption through the forgiveness of sin (Ephesians 1:7). When people believe that Christ's death and resurrection are adequate atonement for their sins, they are saved by grace (Ephesians 2:8).

THE SACRAMENTS | The Sacraments serves as God’s approach to communicating his grace and presence in people's lives.

Baptism | Marks the beginning of Christian life, symbolizing a spiritual rebirth through water (John 3:5).

Communion | Where believers partake of bread and wine representing Christ's body and blood (Matthew 26:26–28).

Matrimony | The union between a man and a woman in a lifelong commitment (Ephesians 5:31).

THE COMING | The Coming serves as God’s return to earth as the conquering King, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS (Revelation 19:11–16). To establish his Kingdom, Christ's second earthly appearance will be visible and victorious to everyone (Revelation 1:7). Believers will not be judged for their sins. Our sins were judged on the tree, in the flesh of Christ, and our sins were judged and fully atoned for. However, we will be judged regarding our works in every realm of life. Unbelievers will face judgment for their transgressions. Without Christ, they will be condemned because their sin debt remains before God (Revelation 20:11–15).
